With over 43 years of experience in waterproofing, damproofing, timber preservation and, more recently, gas mitigation, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for delivering high-quality solutions to every project.

I hold various industry certifications, including CRDS (Certified Remedial Damp Proofing Surveyor) achieved in 1998, CSSW (Certified Surveyor of Structural Waterproofing) achieved in 2008, and have been a member of the PCA Waterproofing Design Specialist Register since 2015. As a testament to my commitment to excellence, I have mentored new surveyors and conducted training sessions with CSSW qualified surveyors. Additionally, I have actively participated in the PCA (Property Care Association), fostering connections and staying abreast of industry developments.
